  • Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Advanced Diploma in Risk Management or Safety Management

  • A solid knowledge of SHE legislation (OHS, Environmental, Food Safety).
  • NEBOSH certification or an environmental course (highly advantageous).

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Risk Intern, you will be actively involved in:

  • Planning and implementing SHEQ policies and programmes.
  • Conducting detailed risk assessments and enforcing preventative measures.
  • Leading and assisting with employee safety training sessions and workshops.
  • Reviewing and continuously improving existing safety policies.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with OHS and food safety regulations.
  • Preparing detailed reports on incidents and violations.
  • Collaborating with HR to develop and implement a safety onboarding process for new hires.
  • Overseeing workplace repairs, installations, and other hazard prevention measures.
