What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
This internship is designed to immerse you in the heart of customer operations at a major software company. Your key duties will include:
- Engaging with Sage customers over the phone.
- Updating and maintaining internal customer systems.
- Resolving customer issues and guiding them towards effective solutions.
- Educating users on interactive voice response (IVR) systems and customer self-service portals.
- Reporting key trends and findings to Customer Experience leads to help improve service.
Are You the Right Fit? Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
- A Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- A degree or national diploma is a strong advantage.
- Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Excellent telephonic etiquette and communication skills.
- A clear criminal record.
- A good understanding of Accounting, Payroll & HR environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- A proactive, motivated attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
