Who Should Apply?
This programme is designed for unemployed South African graduates who meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Diploma, B-Tech, or Bachelor’s degree in:
- Logistics
- Purchasing Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Or an equivalent qualification
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be unemployed.
- Must not have been part of any previous internship programme.

Required Application Documents:
- A completed and signed Z83 Form (effective from 01 January 2021). This form can be downloaded from the Department of Public Service and Administration website or collected from the National Department of Human Settlements offices.
- Your comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Important: Ensure that the correct reference number (DOHS/09/2025) appears on your Z83 form. Applications missing the required documents will not be considered.
Important Notes for Applicants
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to be available for interviews on a date determined by the Department.
- Appointment is subject to positive outcomes on several checks, including:
- Security clearance
- Qualification verification
- Criminal record check
- It is the applicant’s responsibility to have any foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
- If you apply for multiple positions within the Department, you must submit a separate application for each one.
