- Has a qualification in one of the following fields:

- Financial Management
- Financial Accounting
- Business Management

- Applications must be submitted on the new Z83 Form (effective from 01 January 2021). This form can be downloaded from the DPSA website or collected from the National Department of Human Settlements, Govan Mbeki House.
