Who Should Apply?
This programme is targeted at ambitious South African graduates who meet the following criteria:
- You must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- You must be in possession of an N6 Certificate or a National Diploma in Hospitality Management from a recognised South African institution.
- You must have successfully completed all theoretical studies and require experiential training to obtain your full qualification.
- You must not have participated in any previous internship programme.
- The Department promotes representativity; candidates from all racial groups, genders, and especially persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Download the newly implemented Z83 application form from the DWS website (under Career Opportunities) or the DPSA website.
- Complete the Z83 form in full. Failure to disclose all required information will lead to disqualification.
- Attach a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Do not submit certified copies of qualifications, ID, or other documents with your application. These will only be required from shortlisted candidates later.
