  • Stipend: R89,409 per annum
  • Location: National Office, Pretoria (Human Resource Management Division)

Who Should Apply?

This programme is targeted at unemployed South African youth who meet the following criteria:

  • Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
  • Must have completed a qualification in one of the following fields at NQF Level 7 (Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma):
    • Human Resource Management (HRM)
    • Public Administration
    • Labour Relations
    • Human Resource Development (HRD)
  • Must not have previously participated in any similar internship programme.
  • Must not have been exposed to work experience related to their field of study.

  • Attach an affidavit confirming that you have not participated in a similar programme before.
  • Do not submit copies of qualifications, ID, or other documents with your initial application. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified documents on or before the interview date.

Important Notes for Applicants

  • If you have not been contacted within three (3) weeks after the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
  • The successful candidate will be subjected to a security vetting process (criminal record, citizenship, credit record, qualification, and employment verification).
