Who Should Apply?
This programme is targeted at unemployed South African youth who meet the following criteria:
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Must have completed a qualification in one of the following fields at NQF Level 7 (Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma):
- Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Public Administration
- Labour Relations
- Human Resource Development (HRD)
- Must not have previously participated in any similar internship programme.
- Must not have been exposed to work experience related to their field of study.
