Who Should Apply? Minimum Requirements

- Must be a South African citizen.

- Have a minimum 50% average academic pass rate.
- Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Not be currently participating in any other graduate or learnership programme.
- Be willing to relocate to Vanderbijlpark for the duration of the programme.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be a team player with a practical, technical, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
