What You’ll Earn
The internship offers a competitive monthly stipend based on your academic status:
- R10,109.86 per month for candidates with a completed qualification (minimum 120 credits).
- R3,500.00 per month for students currently enrolled and requiring in-service training.
Who Should Apply? Minimum Requirements

- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (NQF Level 4).
- A Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in one of the following fields:
- Business Management
- Business Administration
- Public Management / Administration
- Or a closely related field.
- No prior work experience is required.
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Office (Excel is essential).
Your Role and Key Responsibilities
As an intern, you will be immersed in the core functions of the Executive Director’s Office, gaining hands-on experience in:
- Providing professional administrative support to the Business Management Directorate.
- Assisting with critical functions like monitoring, evaluation, compliance, HR, and strategic planning.
- Participating in site visits and risk assessments to verify project data.
- Drafting reports, concept notes, business plans, and quarterly submissions.
- Handling confidential documents and information with discretion.
