Who Should Apply?

This programme is designed for unemployed South African graduates who meet the following criteria:

  • You must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
  • You must have completed a National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Human Resource Development from a recognised South African university.
  • You must not have participated in any previous internship programme.
  • Candidates who have completed their theoretical studies and require experiential training to obtain their full qualification are strongly encouraged to apply.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted by the closing date and time. Follow these steps carefully:

  1. Download the newly implemented Z83 application form from the Department of Water and Sanitation’s website (under Career Opportunities) or the DPSA website (under Vacancies in the Public Service).
  2. Complete the Z83 form in full. Failure to disclose all required information will result in disqualification.
  3. Attach a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) to your Z83 form.
  4. Do not submit certified copies of your qualifications, ID, or other documents with your initial application. These will only be required from shortlisted candidates at the interview stage.
  5. Submit your application via one of the following methods:
