Who Should Apply?
This programme is designed for unemployed South African graduates who meet the following criteria:
- You must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- You must have completed a National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Human Resource Development from a recognised South African university.
- You must not have participated in any previous internship programme.
- Candidates who have completed their theoretical studies and require experiential training to obtain their full qualification are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Complete the Z83 form in full. Failure to disclose all required information will result in disqualification.
- Attach a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) to your Z83 form.
- Do not submit certified copies of your qualifications, ID, or other documents with your initial application. These will only be required from shortlisted candidates at the interview stage.
