Who Should Apply? (Requirements)
To be eligible for this internship, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen, unemployed, and between the ages of 18-35.
- Must never have participated in any internship programme previously.
- Hold a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6 or 7) in one of the following fields:
- National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in BCom Law, LLB, or Labour Law.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
What Will You Do? (Duties)
As an intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in monitoring compliance with the Employment Equity Act (No. 55 of 1998) by conducting inspections.
- Helping to execute investigations into reported complaints about contraventions of the EEA.
- Providing administrative support to senior inspectors.
How to Apply

Documents to Submit: Only a fully completed, initialled, and signed Z83 form and your comprehensive CV are required at the application stage. Do not submit copies of qualifications.
