Who Should Apply?
This programme is targeted at unemployed South African youth who meet the following criteria:
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Must have completed an NQF Level 7 qualification (Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma) in one of the following fields:
- Public Management
- Public Administration
- Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Must not have previously participated in any similar internship or in-service training programme.
- Must be a South African citizen. Non-RSA citizens must possess a permanent resident permit.

- A fully completed, signed, and initialed NEW Z83 form (obtainable from any Public Service Department or at www.gov.za/documents). Applications on the old Z83 will not be considered.

- An affidavit confirming that you have not participated in a similar programme before.
- Note: Do not submit copies of qualifications, ID, or other documents with your initial application. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies on or before the interview date.
