Who Should Apply?
This programme is ideal for unemployed South African graduates who meet the following criteria:
- Are between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Hold a National Diploma or Degree in one of the following fields:
- Human Resource Management
- Management of Training
- Human Resource Development
- Labour Relations
- Or a relevant qualification
- Have not participated in any previous government internship programme.
- Individuals with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply, in line with the Department’s Employment Equity Plan.
