Your Role and Responsibilities

As an intern, you will be an integral part of the team, contributing in the following key areas:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure strict data protection compliance.
  • Support end-to-end onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Assist with benefits documentation and act as a liaison with the People Care Partner.
  • Support payroll processing and assist in gathering crucial HR data.
  • Help implement and maintain effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and support engaging employee engagement events.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to drive HR-related initiatives forward.

Who We Are Looking For (Minimum Requirements)

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a closely related field.
  • Familiarity with South African labour laws.
  • Proficiency in key software including SAP, the Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR tools.
