About the Internship

This internship is your gateway to the procurement industry.   • Experience: 0–1 year of experience. Any prior exposure to procurement or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting checks on Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs).
  • Loading and validating Purchase Orders (POs) in the system.
  • Verifying box quantities and ensuring system data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Supporting product class and file checks for accuracy.
  • Performing price comparisons to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Liaising with vendors to obtain missing information or resolve queries.
  • Assisting in the management of bulk branch orders.
  • Supporting the bond release processes.
  • Reviewing packaging and assisting with new product listings.
  • Helping to clear procurement-related backlogs.
  • Handling various ad hoc duties as directed by the Procurement Manager.
