What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

This internship is designed to immerse you in the heart of customer operations at a major software company. Your key duties will include:

  • Engaging with Sage customers over the phone.
  • Updating and maintaining internal customer systems.
  • Resolving customer issues and guiding them towards effective solutions.
  • Educating users on interactive voice response (IVR) systems and customer self-service portals.
  • Reporting key trends and findings to Customer Experience leads to help improve service.

Are You the Right Fit? Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
  • A degree or national diploma is a strong advantage.
  • Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Excellent telephonic etiquette and communication skills.
  • A clear criminal record.
  • A good understanding of Accounting, Payroll & HR environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • A proactive, motivated attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
