The University of the Free State (UFS) is offering a 12-month Industrial and Organisational Psychology Internship based at the Bloemfontein Campus, starting in January 2026. The successful intern will receive a monthly stipend of R8,807.65 and will work across key areas including Career Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Psychometrics, and Professional Ethics.Eligibility is restricted to South African citizens or permanent residents who have completed their Master’s coursework (M1) in Industrial/Organisational Psychology and are registered with the HPCSA as a Student Psychologist.
